Using standard tools doesn't make you exceptional, simply standard. Every intervention, development and transformation is unique - which is a good thing, otherwise it wouldn't be so exciting.
In challenging situations, companies tend to fall back on standard tools. Or follow the current trend theme. But how often have we seen it happen that in the end expectations are not met? Unfortunately, too often.
Perhaps this has to do with the fact that we are comfortable with methods and do not consider the overall organization enough. And that is exactly our specialty. Taking the individual situation into account and building on it to combine and develop the best of the different worlds.
